As an accomplished and compassionate couples therapist, Gregory has helped hundreds of couples rebuild and repair their relationships, resolve their most challenging problems, and discover hope in their lives again. After receiving his master's degree in counseling psychology from the University of San Francisco, Gregory began his career at the Catholic Charities counseling program in the Stockton Diocese. It was there that he found his calling working with couples from a wide variety of cultural backgrounds.
When he brought that experience and accomplishment into private practice, he developed a reputation as a competent and committed marriage therapist. Gregory is licensed by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences, and is an American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) Clinical Fellow. He is committed to providing the most effective evidence-based counseling to his clients while being guided by the highest ethical standards.
Helena has a rare and special gift as a family therapist. She began her career working as a teen therapist in several middle schools and high schools in West Sacramento, and later as a therapist working for the Catholic Charities counseling program in the Stockton Diocese. After receiving her master's degree in psychology from Brandman University, she brought the same committment to excellence to private practice working with youth and families.
Helena is licensed by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences, and is a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA) and the Association for Child and Adolescent Counseling (ACAC). In addition to her work as a therapist, Helena also serves as a consultant to the Indian Health Service (U.S. Department of Health and Human Services), on mental health program planning and development for American Indian/Alaska Native youth and families.
