What to Expect

We will customize your teen’s treatment plan to meet his or her specific needs. Our counselors will use a variety of different approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), coherence therapy, solution-focused therapy, psychoeducation, and other evidence-based approaches to help your teen thrive. Each treatment plan is customized for each teen, and often also includes a significant amount of parenting support as well.
